  1. Zuerst muss das Deb-Paket “flashplugin-nonfree” und “flashplayer-mozilla” entfernt werden (sofern vorhanden.)

    2. sudo aptitude purge flashplugin-nonfree flashplayer-mozilla

  2. Jetzt erstellen wir uns ein Arbeitsverzeichnis und betreten dieses

    3. mkdir /tmp/flash9
    cd /tmp/flash9

  3. Mittels wget laden wir uns jetzt das aktuellste Flashplugin herunter

    4. wget http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_9_linux.tar.gz

  4. entpacken dieses und löschen das Archiv

    5. tar zxvf *.tar.gz && rm -rf *.tar.gz

  5. jetzt betreten wir den neuen Ordner des Flashplugins und kopieren das Plugin in das Pluginverzeichnis von Mozilla Firefox

    6. sudo cp *.so /usr/lib/mozilla-firefox/plugins/

  6. Neustarten von Mozilla Firefox
